To solve the problem, we should start by limiting the amount of time they spend online. If he or she is accustomed to spending eight hours per weeknight on the Inter, try limiting use in the first week to six hours per night and working steadily down. Encourage them to go to social events. And with love and attention from parents, teens can and will learn to disengage – even if it takes some time.
